Description

The removable Towing Adapter is a first-to-market solution that improves the safety and reliability of heavier towing applications. It features a 2 inch ball attachment designed for Class III + towing capability (6,000 lb towing, 600 lb tongue weight) and is positioned as closely to the vehicle as possible to minimize the impact the tow load may have on the driving dynamics of the X5. Features two ball height positions, click-on attachment feature for ease of removal from the vehicle, and keyed locking mechanism to deter theft.
